TERMS OF ONLINE SALES


We invite you to read these terms and conditions of online sales of miracar.net web site.

The validation of your online transaction form is considered as an irrevocable acceptance of these terms.

  1. Preamble 
    The following online sales terms govern all transactions established through miracar.net web site. Any transaction processed through this web site assumes the unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions by the customer.

  2. Purpose
    These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sales done via miracar.net web site.

  3. Sales
    The customer connects to miracar.net web site and selects the items that he wishes to buy. He then fills his identity information, accepts the terms and clicks on the “Pay” button. The customer is thus redirected to the Centre Monétique Interbancaire online secure payment platform where he completes his payment information and validates the payment.

  4. Payment Methods
    To pay on Internet by credit card, the customer is called to enter his payment card credentials on the secure payment page. When the transaction is accepted by the bank, the settlement to debit his account is made in the working-day following the date of the transaction confirmation. Online payment with credit cards is secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire that provides a fully secure payment service. The customer guarantees miracar.net web site that he has enough funds required when using the payment method chosen by him during the payment validation. When paying by credit card, the conditions of this payment method that are contained in the agreements established between the customer and his issuer bank, and between miracar.net web site and his bank, are applied.

  5. Data Privacy
    The information requested from the customer during the online payment are required to process the online transaction. They are treated confidentially. The customer has the right to consult or rectify his personal data by sending a request via postal mail to the following address: PROGRAMME FIRDAOUS GH 1 IMM 1 PB N° 4 1er ETAGE, Casablanca 20000, or via electronic mail via the following email address contact@miracar.net.

  6. Proof of payment
    The data stored on the Centre Monétique Interbancaire online platform for the account of the miracar.net web site are considered as proof of payment for the online transaction made by the customer.

Mira Car Rental Terms and Conditions

 

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Mira Car. By renting a vehicle, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms, which establish the rights and obligations for the rental services.

2. Eligibility for Rental

  • Minimum rental age is 23 years. No young driver fee applies.
  • Maximum rental age is 80 years. No senior driver fee applies.
  • The driver’s license must have been issued at least 2 years prior to the rental start date.
  • Driver’s licenses issued in the United Kingdom or EU countries are accepted.
  • Licenses from other countries require an International Driving Permit (IDP).
  • Non-Roman alphabet licenses must be accompanied by an IDP.
  • The IDP is only valid with the regular driver’s license.

3. Rental Period

The rental period is as agreed upon in the rental agreement. Late returns are subject to additional charges.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Rental fees are determined by Mira Car’s current pricing structure.
  • All prices displayed on the site are in euros and include VAT.
  • Additional charges for extras such as GPS, child seats, and additional drivers may apply.
  • Payments are due upon vehicle collection unless otherwise arranged.

5. Insurance and Liability 

Renters are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle. Mira Car offers various insurance options to mitigate renters’ liability. Details are available upon request at the time of rental.

6. Vehicle Use

Vehicles must not be used for illegal activities, commercial purposes, racing, or towing. Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

7. Maintenance and Breakdown

Renters agree to maintain the vehicle in good condition. Contact Mira Car immediately in case of a breakdown or malfunction. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed.

8. Return of the Vehicle

Vehicles must be returned to the specified location, on time, and in the same condition as rented, except for normal wear and tear.

9. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Cancellations or modifications to the booking must be made at least 2 days prior to the rental start date to avoid charges.
  • In case of cancellation, the following policy applies:
    • More than 48 hours before the rental start time: Full refund.
    • Less than 48 hours before the rental start time: 50% refund.
    • No show or cancellation after the rental start time: No refund.

10. Disputes

Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where the rental originated.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Mira Car reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

12. Confidentiality and Data Use

Personal data collected will be used for processing the rental and may be used for marketing unless opted out.

13. Force Majeure

Mira Car is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations due to events beyond its control.

14. Proof of Transaction

Recorded data by Mira Car serves as proof of all transactions made by the renter.

15. Warranty

Vehicles are warranted against manufacturing defects. Damage from misuse or negligence is not covered.

16. Optional Extras and Services

  • Special equipment available: GPS Navigation, Baby seat (up to 1 year), Child seat (2-4 years), Booster seat (4-10 years).
  • Prices for extras are listed on the booking page.
  • Adding additional drivers is permitted, with an additional charge per driver. All drivers must present valid documentation at vehicle pickup.

17. Delivery/Collection Service

  • This service is available upon previous request and will incur additional charges.

18. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles are rented out with a specified amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount to avoid extra fees.

19. Vehicle Condition

  • The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition to avoid additional cleaning charges.

20. Business Hours and Timeliness

  • Business hours: Monday to Sunday, 07:30 – 22:30.
  • Service outside these hours is available by request with an additional charge.
  • A grace period of 120 minutes is provided for late pick-up during business hours.

21. Geographic Restrictions

  • The rented vehicle cannot be taken outside Morocco.

22. Payment Information

  • Accepted credit cards: Visa Credit, MasterCard Credit (must be in the main driver’s name).
  • Not accepted: Someone else’s card (including family members), cash, any debit or prepaid card, virtual payments (e.g., Google Pay, Apple Pay), and any Revolut Card.

23. Required Documents

  • At pickup, customers must provide a passport, valid driver’s license, credit card in the main driver’s name, and booking voucher.
